About The Leab Family
Welcome to the Leab Family Tree. So far there are 351 names on the Tree and
growing. There is quite a variety of people in this family tree, some of us
have originated in England and other European countries and others have been
here in North America all along. The most prominent names in this tree are
Leab, Kirkland, Bacon and Smith, the earliest being William Bacon, born in 1590
and the newest member of the Leab family being Kevin Andrew Leab, born Sept.
12, 2001. There are also a few Native Americans (Apaches) in this family tree
with probably the most well known of them being Cochise and his son Naiche.
Naiche married a Spanish woman by the last name of Espinoza, I havent learned
her first name yet but they produced a daughter named Maria Elena Espinoza who
married my Great Grandfather, Frank James Kirkland. I havent found an
overwelming amount of information on the Leab name yet but I'm still working
on it. I know now that the spelling of the Leab name has changed over the
years. It seems as though it started out as Leib in Germany and was changed or
misspelled at some point here in Franklin County.
If you visit my site please take the time to sign my guest book. Please
keep in mind that any information you find here is to be used for research
